Newbie Training Server Added!

A new, much smaller galaxy has been created in addition to the main server (60 sectors instead of 12,000). It is specifically for new joiners who want to play on a 'safe' combat environment with smaller battlefields and no hardcore veterans to deal with. It is, however, limited to Class I through IV (Frigate) warships.

It is recommended that new players start with this server, and try conquering a few sectors, upgrading ships & officers, and learn the intricacies of combat beyond the tutorial. Once you're ready, its time to join the Great War itself!
